How to open a support ticket ?

To create a support request, nothing simpler!

Click on "Submit a request" on the home page.

Enter your email address, the subject of your ticket and a quick description of the problem.

You can also attach photos, screenshots, files, anything useful for troubleshooting.

To access your tickets, just click on Login at the top right and then click "Get a password".

 

You will then have access to the complete history of your tickets, and also access to your tickets currently opened!
