How to proceed for remote control?

With your permission, a small .exe file is automatically downloaded to your computer.

This is the interface with which technicians communicate with you and provide remote assistance. The applet is automatically deleted from your PC at the end of the session.

A 6-digit code will then be given by the technician to download the small .exe file, as explained above.

You will need to accept all messages by clicking "yes", "accept" or "allow".
